As a therapist Dr. Sydnor leaves much to be desired. She is not very self aware, loses objectivity easily, and i believe in the long term is more likely to add to your problems than she is to help correct them. If you are looking for long term care, i would highly recommend trying to find another therapist. My own experience with her left me in just such a position. A short term commitment is all she is good for, trust me.
