In today's fast pace society, the pressures of daily life are causing many people to feel stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, irritable or angry.  Are you struggling dealing with family, a partner, your children, a job or financial pressures? Have you experienced a loss or traumatic event in your life and feel helpless?   You are not alone.

I have experience working with teens and adults, on issues such as anger management, depression, anxiety/panic, abuse and trauma, grief, relationship issues, peer issues, sexuality concerns, job stress and burnout and life transitions.  I honor your experiences, beliefs and strengths and praise your desire to want to change those things you are unhappy with.  If you are a parent, seeking therapy for your teen, know that I value your opinions and insight into your teen.  I honor your role as a parent and will work with you to address your teen's needs and develop a more healthy family structure.

I offer individual, couples and group counseling as well as life coaching and consultations to help you get a handle on those pressures and regain control of your life so you can get back to feeling happy and enjoying your life.   With me you can be yourself and feel free of being judged.

If you are interested in consultation, I will give you tips, knowledge, strategies to use and support based on the specific and personal situation you are facing and need help with.
If you are interested in therapy, you will have the opportunity to view your life; strengths, abilities and challenges in a safe confidential environment with myself, an experienced therapist.  During our sessions we will identify those obstacles that have caused you pain and discomfort and prevented you from truly enjoying your life. We will work on learning new ways to deal with conflicts, relationships, negative thought patterns, anger, embarassment, guilt and shame, anxiety, grief and sadness. By looking at your strengths and concerns, I can help you develop a new plan of how you want your life to look and together we develop new healthy patterns of how you treat yourself and interact with others.

Today is your new have taken the first step towards understanding how important your emotional and mental health is and how your mental health impacts how you feel physically, how you relate to others and how you feel about yourself.

You do not have to do this alone. Call me..
