This is the most unorganized, unprofessional therapist that I have ever been exposed to. Her office staff is just as bad. Planning to file grivance with the licensing board for her failure to provide court oredered documents in a timely manner. Treatment completed in early July 2012 still haven't provide me nor the court final documents as of todays date Sept 27, 2012.

Certainly cannot please all of the people and sitting next to so many people that often had a complaint like that only when they tested positive while there or violated probation and therefore had to do more treatment or because they owed the owner money that often goes out of her way to help everyone that walks through the doors even if it costs her money. Totally disagree with yak22 made a bad experience a good one and had definitely seen a bad employee but isn't that hard to always get perfect?
