In my disabled son's guardianship case, Dr. Serin was referred by my attorney, Emily Kile for being objective.  Dr. Serin accepted money and interviewed 2 additional collateral witnesses for my ex-huband, who opposed the guardianship on grounds of child support.  Neither I, nor my attorney, Emily Kile, nor my disabled son's court appointed attorney were notified of this breach of conduct.  In addition, Dr. Serin held the report hostage from me until I would pay her and then I found out about the collateral witnesses paid for by my ex-husband.  The Court Commissioner ruled Dr. Serin's report inadmissible because of the LACK OF objectivity.  She is NOT trusthworthy.
