Dr. Richman's first comment regarding helping someone who is over 60 with anger management issues was at that point in life there is little chance of much change. Not only is that empirically inaccurate, it also allowed Dr. Richman to give himself permission to be an ineffective therapist. He basically just sat and agreed with everything, had no treatment goals or plans. I don't know what he is doing, but it isn't therapy.
