I worked with Dr.Young as a child and into adulthood. She was an excellent resource for me and my family. She was able to help me through difficult times and provided strategies for future success. Cannot thank het enough.

I have had a few therapists over the years and have never had an experience as bad as the one with Dr Young.  She clearly has a very elevated opinion of herself and her ego proved very difficult to work around.  She formed opinions that seemed to reflect herself more than it did us. This lady actually seems a little demented and I can't imagine her actually being helpful to anyone.  In fact if you were in a vulnerable state, I can see some harm happening as she has a way of putting you down when you need building or making you think things that aren't true. I don't usually leave reviews, but I honestly feel it's my duty to let people know about her. We both agreed we weren't going to get anywhere with this lady.  Definitely, don't waste your time!!!

Not helpful. After a handful of sessions with Dr. Kathy and not meeting with me personally in over a month, she suggested to my husband that I am bipolar. She also suggested not telling me her opinion because I wouldn't be willing to work with her in the future.
