I used Dr. Ellis for a JATP school evaluation.  Last year my daughter was tested and scored 2-pts away from the top tier (Very Superior) for Verbal Comprehension.  I wasn't surprised and expected as much based on my daughter's extensive vocabulary (as noted by myself and NUMEROUS comments from her teachers in PK and K).  Dr. Ellis retested my DD and scored her in the Low Average tier.  I was floored... In fact, everyone I told was floored including friends, family and teachers.  She then went on to score my daughter Below Average in EVERY OTHER category.  I was truly speechless when I opened the results. I suspected something was amiss after the test when my daughter was visibly upset.  She RUSHED to me with open arms, no tears... just a very wide-eyed, scared expression.  To discuss the matter Dr. Ellis requires an additional $200, which she conveniently includes the payment form in the email attachment.  I don't question her credentials, but I certainly question her methods.
