My client was required from Workers' Compensation to be evaluated by Dr. Skillings. She was very upset and reported that he was arrogant, rude, put down other professionals, and lacked empathy. My client had just completed a SSI evaluation and my clt took the report in a signed, sealed envelope from my office. My last name just so happened to be the same as the SSI evaluator and Dr. Skillings said it was very unprofessional that we both were serving my client. The only common denominator between the SSI evaluator and myself was literally we spelled our last name the same way.
