| Introduction: | I am a clinical psychologist with a specialty practice in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. I have over thirty years of professional experience. I work with adults and with adolescents who are mature enough to participate in talk therapy. My work is primarily with individuals and marital couples, but I also work with whole family systems when it is appropriate.
I am licensed in California as a psychologist as well as a marriage & family therapist. I hold a diplomate from the American Board of Medical Psychotherapists and Psychodiagnosticians. I am also a registrant with the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology. I treat people who present with a broad spectrum of difficulties. This includes anxiety, depression, marital problems, repetitive patterns of destructive behaviors, sexual dysfunction, personality disorders and severe mental illness. I also specialize in providing sensitive assistance to people of faith. I have an interest in the integration of psychoanalysis and Christian theology.
