Dr. Kazemi is a very caring and knowledgeable therapist. I saw her for a few months and felt much better at the end.

Her poor communication skills made me even worse after visiting her

I had my first visit with her recently. Although I noticed her poor communication over the phone but didn't trust my first impression and wanted to see her in person. To all my surprise, she didn't show the very basics of a polite and respectful greeting with visitors like me. She just shouted from upstair "go to the waiting room" and she shut up the door, this was the first sentence I heard of her, with no hi and no greeting. Still I tried to control my anxious. When get in to her room, she didn't shake hand, no introduction of herself to me and just said sit there!!!...but what she was very good at, was counting EVERY seconds very accurately  so to charge you precisely, and she notified me of time and seconds several times during the first meeting which made me even more stressful and angry. All during the counseling session with her short sentences and feedback she made me feel like I am the most miserable person on the earth!...when the time ended, she cut my sentence suddenly and said time is up, sorry! and when I said bye, while she was seating on her chair, just said bye in a very unpleasant tone and didn't move from her chair to guide you to the door!
I had never seen such a poor communication from a person and I really expected a much welcoming behavior from a counselor. Her behavior really made me feel even more sad and upset after I left her office and I am not gonna see her anymore. I am wondering how these people can continue their work with such impolite, respectfulness and embarrassing behavior!
