The other review I saw was from a convicted child molester. This guy posted anonymously because the therapist was an expert witness against him. This guy last I heard was in special jail and will soon be required to be tracked by Megan's List. The insurance issue was a non issue both patients were covered by family policy.

Eileen Remmers violated the most fundamental professional code of ethics by treating multiple family members under the guise of preparing them for "group/family therapy" sessions, but instead kept them in prolonged, separate treatment during which time she violated privacy, talked behind her clients' backs and told clients whatever they wanted to hear to keep them returning for more, expensive therapy. She also called and invited a family member to partake in a joint session with a family member whom she was already billing, and then double billed the invited family member.
* this reviewer has be with this therapist for 6 months - 1 year
* this reviewer had 1 - 2 therapists before.

Oh, and I forgot to add: massive insurance fraud, whereby she charged a family member's insurance for treatment given to another family member (using the first person's name) when the actual patient was completely unconnected to that insurance -- she encouraged an elderly woman to engage in absolute fraud.
