Erin is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has been practicing psychotherapy in San Diego since 2004. Erin believes that optimal physical and emotional wellness is achieved when the effects of life stressors are treated from a holistic perspective. Her therapeutic practice focuses upon supporting her clients to feel empowered in their healthcare, relationships, and social contexts.

In addition to her therapeutic focus on individual, relational, and community empowerment, Erin has worked extensively with trauma, death and loss, anger management and relational violence, the LGBT community, body image and identity, and stress and anxiety management.

Erin enjoys running, painting, photography, yoga, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family. She earned her Bachelor�s degree in Art from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and her Master�s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University, San Diego. She recently completed her Ph.D. in education at San Diego State University and Claremont Graduate University.

Erin serves as a Co-Director for a local non profit organization which provides low fee counseling services to the San Diego community and specializes in clinical training and research. Erin has presented on her clinical work and research at both national and international conferences, and has been involved in clinical training and community education at local universities and community organizations.

Erin is currently accepting new clients for individual therapy, couple's therapy, and family therapy and has appointment availability in the afternoons and evenings. Her office is centrally located in the Mission Hills neighborhood of San Diego, CA.
