Ms. Ayliffe was assigned my case in a CPS/Custody dispute.  Her professionalism was compromised by her personal life.  I was carefully and discretely courted by Ms. Ayliffe to be a romantic interest.  Her subtle, and later, overt requests to enter into a lesbian dalliance were politely discouraged and in retaliation, my children were given over almost exclusively to their father.  The phrase "If you try I could be your very best friend" was accompanied by inappropriate contact.  I lost my children because I refused her advances.  I said nothing because I feared losing them completely should I report her.  If you are assigned this "social worker" understand the cost.  She is a predatory, lonely individual that uses her job to search for sexual partners.

Placer County has the misfortune to have Gwen Ayliffe on staff for Child Protection Services.  This social worker is easily swayed by male clients, often abusive men, into restoring young children to violent fathers.  Her demeaning attitude and superior manner belie her own personal and familial disfunction.  She is determined to get every client's life right but not her own; she is an ignorant do-gooder who makes poor decisions regarding the lives of others. She is more interested in personal gossip than healthy choices for her "clients".  She will manipulate a report to get the result she wants and will favor one parent over the other if that parent gives her the emotional empathy she craves. She is sadly given important decisions within the county system that she can neither undestand nor get right. Avoid this "therapist" -- personally and professionally.

These reviews are dead-on.  Ms. Ayliffe has no business posing as a professional.  She is petty, shallow, prone to gossip, and easily influenced by flattery.  In any other place or time she would have been fortunate to work selling lingerine at a discount department store.  This is one mean dyke.
