There are all kinds of therapists out there and it is very difficult to find a good one.  After my first hour, I felt a good vibe with Ingrid and knew I wanted to return. I was most impressed that Ingrid was genuinely interested in listening to me.  She is not one of those individuals that just parrots back to you a mind numbing “…and how does that make you feel”.  Ingrid gets right to it and asks the right questions to bring change to your life direction or a specific situation you could be in.  She gives great advice and thought provoking homework.  She listens to your feedback and won’t let anything slip past her.  I look forward in our visits because I always leave in a better place than when I got there.
