I saw Jim for almost a year and found his therapy to be very helpful and life changing.  In our therapy he provided tools that allowed me to help myself in the form of books, reading materials, techniques for becoming aware of my thinking process, etc.  I am not sure what happened to the others who wrote reviews, but I happen to know that the office I saw him at had some very serious administrative problems for example with billing patients which left me very frutrated with the cliic, but not therapist.  Perhaps that is one of the reasons he left abruptly.....Regardless, for me his therapy was life changing and I am very grateful.

I saw Jim for a year and a half. Without any notice he quit. It would have been nice to have a final session for transition and closure.  His leaving was extremely unethical.

Jim was my therapist for five years and he was always professional, ethical, and effective. I highly recommend him.

i'v met with Mr.Schettler on numerous occasions,,an i have never seen a therapist more calm, compassionate,or caring, id call myself an oversensitive, high maintenance individual,,so the problem is very likely yourself
