Karen is an excellent therapist she has helped me immensely. She is kind caring and compassionate. She understands your problems and uses therapy that is appropriate to each individuals needs. She does not label you as co-dependent or as an adult child of an alcoholic or anything like that. She really works with you to find the best theraputic approach that works for you. I have seen several other counselors over the past 20 years and she has been the only one who really "gets it" (me) and my specific counseling needs.
