Ken is a great therapist. I have been working with him for quite a while and he has helped me through a lot of difficulties in my life. He is easy to talk to (even about difficult things), he is non-judgemental, and knows how to understand and help with many issues. I highly recommend him.

Ken is a very good therapist. He has been so helpful with the very diffcult problems (depression ...) I am dealing with. He is easy to talk to, even with the topics that are not easy to talk about. I've been going to him for quite a while and am glad he is part of my wellness care.

I do not recommend this therapist at all!  During the few times I saw him, he seemed to constantly gave me no credence for my concerns or feelings. There were many examples of this, but the two that really stand out in my mind is that he summarily dismissed my concern as foolish that my husband could hack into my online bank account (which my husband already tried to do!) as well as imply I was at fault for not being able to get over the fact my husband cheated on me. I've always read that healing takes place with a supportive therapist: Kenneth Raffel was anything but.  When I tried to confront him on his behavior, he kept on avoiding the topic and then had the nerve to charge my co-pay that day for the "therapy". My advice would be to seek therapy from another provider.  This one is just too cold.
