My goal is to help you lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to understand and resolve challenges in your life. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.

I work with individuals, couples and families experiencing a broad range of challenges:

- Chronic worry, anxiety or feelings of depression
- Substance use concerns
- Body image issues and/or disordered eating
- Marriage/Couples counseling to address relationship stressors
- Parenting and/or co-parenting challenges
- Intimacy issues
- Reproductive loss, such as miscarriage or experience with infertility
- Difficulty adjusting to or coping with new life circumstances such as a work transition, separation or recent divorce
- Family counseling across generations
- Counseling for grief and loss

I have expertise in reconnecting and strengthening relationships:

I take a strength-based approach to counseling and together with my clients I work to improve life satisfaction and reconnect relationships by not only working on "what's wrong" but also by building on what is strong. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client's individual needs.

I provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families and offer a no-charge phone consultation.
