Introduction:
I specialize in attachment-related issues with adults, psychological support in spiritual development, adolescent struggles, and couples and family work. My present-centered and strength-based approach emphasizes mindful awareness of the body, collaborative exploration of emotional and relational experience, and deepening attunement to our innate positive resources. I work with adults, adolescents (11 and older), elders, couples and families who are seeking support with challenging life transitions, repercussions of traumatic experience, relationship and parenting difficulties, low self-esteem, depression and anxiety, grief and loss, and existential/spiritual issues.

I believe that we are naturally wired for healing, growth, and wholeness. While intellectual insight can orient us to salient life issues, ultimately "the issue is in the tissue": when we bring mindful awareness to our somatic experience, we begin to quickly release deeply entrenched mental, emotional and behavioral habits.
