| Introduction: | My goal as a therapist is to develop and deliver compassionate, responsive, and effective quality mental health services to all those who seek professional treatment or consultation. I seek to aid and assist individuals in developing strategies to cope more effectively with their life's challenges.
I draw from my variety of training and educational experiences and use Cognitive Behavioral Techniques in therapy. However, I also often use an eclectic approach to assist patients in overcoming the cognitive, emotional, and/or life challenges they may be facing. I have over 17 years of training and experience in three states, in multiple treatment settings. This, coupled with the fact that I have worked with patients from very different socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, makes my approach more tailored to each individual patient's needs. I treat a variety of disorders but specialize in the assessment and treatment of emotional issues in adolescents and adults who are struggling with mood and personality disorders, adjustment problems, substance abuse, crisis management, family issues and forensics. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy in both English and Spanish. | ||||||||

| Insurance: | Dr. Sanchez has chosen not to participate as a provider with any insurance company. This decision was based on his commitment to protect the privacy of his patients and his desire to provide individualized treatment to them. | ||||||||
| Fee: | I am available to see patients in the evenings and weekends to meet the needs of those who keep busy schedules.
