Now that I have gone to another PT, I confirmed my concerns of Mr. Thorne. Since he is a solo owner of the company, he must take on a large number of patients at one time. When i was there for an appointment, at least 5-10 people would be there with me. I had a hard if not impossible time getting assistance from Mr. Thorne. it felt more like going to the gym and doing my own thing. Mr Thorne really didnt provide me with specific exercises and explain why they helped me etc. I wish I had my current PT person when I had my ACL repair. I would have had a better PT treatment following my surgery. Mr Thorne is a really personable person. I think this is why so many people grade him high. But it was common for him to be surfing the web on his tablet while I was there along with others. I just do not see how he can effectively treat so many people at one time as well as surf the web and talk about what he is reading.
