She is a caring and professional therapist who will not waste her time or yours. She has you work on your problem areas. Sometimes this may just be identifying them and accepting them, but she doesn't work if you won't. This is quality therapy. She will let you know that you need to do your part (95%) and she will guide you on your way. This helpful and beneficial approach helps weed out unfavorable results to therapy and won't waste her time or yours. She lets you know if you are the reason you aren't getting better. But, if you are putting in the effort, the results and compassionate care you receive is well worth it.
