This seemed like a good health care provider, but I never got a chance to find out. I first had to deal with an incorrect map they gave me of their location, and a rude response on the phone when I got lost. When I showed the receptionist the map, instead of saying she was sorry and going on, she involved me in an argument about who had made the map and then accused me of being rude, when all I did was hand her the map.
  After a 2 hour wait (I was informed that I should expect 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait times always), I finally saw Shirley Powell, who seemed knowledgable and professional and set me up with a monitoring device. 5 days later, I received a letter from the office telling me my behavior was unacceptable at my visit and any complaint from their staff and I would be terminated.
  I had kidney dialysis the next day, so I sent my friend to their office to return the monitor and cancel my appointment. As he left, he said "I think you guys are really rude."  The next morning, I got a call telling me that my friend had cursed at them. (I have known him over 20 years and I know he wouldn't do that.)
  I will never go back to any doctor in this complex, nor would I recommend that anyone else did.
