The vision of  Integrated Wellness Outreach (IWO), LLC is to provide holistic therapeutic services to those that are in need. Our mission is to promote healthy living through holistic counseling that will strengthen individuals, families , and communities to live their true authentic lives. We believe in empowering lives through wellness.

I have the foundational understanding that you are a whole being. As a clinician I take a holistic approach to therapy providing healing that balances the emotional, mental, physical, social, and spiritual being during the therapeutic process. Life is not experienced by only parts of the self. Rather, situations, circumstances, experiences, and events impact and shape all of who we are from birth to death. Joys, pains, tragedies and triumphs are experienced by the whole of our beings.

I believe that the client-therapist relationship is one of the most important aspects of therapy.I work with clients collaboratively, providing a safe and nurturing environment where I connect with clients to foster growth, healing, and change with passion and through empowerment and life enrichment.

Individual Psychotherapy
Often, through individual therapy, clients are able to gain a greater understanding and awareness of themselves, their experiences, and how those experiences have impacted them. Clients are able to grieve and process where necessary, learn new skills for managing a range of challenging situations and circumstances, experience emotional release, and create the impetus to begin acting and interacting in a new way with themselves and with others.

Family Therapy
A common goal in family therapy is to create new patterns of interacting within the family system. As a psychotherapist I can support each family members ability to gain greater insight into their own experience and to effectively communicate that experience with each of the other family members in such as way that would deepen mutual understanding, strengthen relationships, and empower each member of the family to provide support, nurturing, encouraging and healing to the others.
Couples Therapy

Often couples reach out for support from a therapist when one or both partners are unable to get their core needs for intimacy, attachment, and connection met in their partnership. Couples sessions can help partners learn to heal from disconnection and isolation, and move toward reconnecting in a way that will support meaningful communication, mutual understanding and appreciation, and increased emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical intimacy.

Ms. Harris has helped me tremendously in such a short period of time. I came to her struggling with anxiety and had no idea what was the cause. She helped me get to the bottom of my problems that I did not even know could cause physical anxiety attacks. I was so satisified with her I moved closer to Atlanta than my school so I could continue working with her. I am saddened that I had to move back away to be closer to school but I learned so much in our time spent. I still have anxiety because that is just me but I have not had an attack in months!
